Coldwell Banker Commercial offer this tract of mountain bog land situated in the Boggeragh Mountains. The land adjoins a Coillte forestry plantation and the Knockduff wind farm and are situated approx 2 km off the R579 Cork-Kanturk Road. The land comprises a blanket bog and was previously used for turf cutting. There is a good access road to the entrance to the lands and there is rough roadway extending approx 600 meters into the lands. The lands are protected and designated in the Boggeragh Mountains NHA (Natural Heritage Area). There is potential for these lands to apply for GLAS or successor scheme grants.

Travelling from Cork, turn left at the end of the Carrigrohane staight and follow signs for Kanturk. The entrance to the lands is approx 28 km from the Carrigrohane Bridge and are situated just after the Glen River Bridge, Coldwell Banker sign is on display at the entrance.
